Main highlight is the location: it’s a little patio off from a pedestrian street. There’s NO distracting car noises; when you’re inside you just feel the sun, the soft chatter of other guests, and the coffee. It’s evident a lot of love went into putting the café together.
Barefoot is an amazing California brand, one I consider a “treat” when choosing my beans. What’s nicest about them is their practices around direct trade. If you don’t start your coffee off with a high expectation of quality you’re never going to finish with one. They are a little expensive but even at ~$20 their quality is hard to find.
